Very interesting shot. How did they get that engine back on the tracks?

They might have widened the road to get a truck and trailor down to pick the locomotive up.

Upon seeing this photo I started looking for Dr. Richard Kimble.

Does anybody know if the crew was ok?

Wow! Glad the crew was ok, but too bad about the RJ Corman employee getting hurt. I would love to see how they got that big MAC out of there I bet that was a massive crane! Looks like this one will be getting the new paint scheme if the engine can be saved. Doesn't appear to be badly damaged.

Too close for comfort for that homeowner: "Honey, did you hear something outback?"

Hey " Hun" did you park the SD-70 outside or in the garage?

Man, the people in that house were lucky! Bet the sound of that would give you a wake up call!

"Sweetie- how much coal did you order again? Are they charging for the delivery?" Holy Cow! I just noticed the hopper behind the trees by the house!

I wonder if the RR let the residents of the nearly-squashed small white house have all the coal they wanted and could carry off. It is the only right thing to do.
