I'm fairly sure this is Denver. The mix of BN & Santa Fe says it all. The date also confirms the fact that the cab signaling on Santa Fe's Eastern Lines has already been dismantled. The U25B had ab signals in them so they led (along with GP20s) all the trains East of Kansas City. With the cab signals gone, these units went system wide. As far as I know, Santa Fe didn't go to Lincoln NE.
