Close but no Cigar ! I am probably showing my age but, what could only be better than this were the Southern Railway SD-45s which were built to run long hood forward. Putting both the flared radiators and high mounted bell plainly visible along with the beautiful Tuxedo paint scheme. All Southern diesel locomotives photographed very well in the snow with their imitation silver band and gold stripe and lettering.
