Just a quick question. I was wondering about the circular windows within the main window in front of each crew member. Are these unique to this locomotive? Thanks.

The windows are limited to a few GP38-2s that are dedicated for snow service in the Winter. I had a list, I believe its like 7 total. The spreaders are also equipped with these windows. They rotate to keep snow from building up on the windows to allow a unobstructed view.
