I remember watching this engine perform in Disney's "Great Locomotive Chase"--a 1956 movie about the famed Andrews Raid. When the flick first came out, I think I watched it three or four times that day at a local cinema. The 25 filled the role as the Western & Atlantic's "General." The real McCoy--W&A number 3--is preserved in Marietta, Georgia. Thanks for sharing a great shot of a great locomotive, Mitch!

This has got to be the best shot I've seen of No. 25 in operation at the B&O Museum. I'm insanely jealous.
