Oh dear god, I think I'm gonna be sick. (O_O)
This is not new though, SDP40F derailed a lot. They failed for Amtrak, but they excelled in frieght service when ATSF aquired them.

Two choices could be made with this locomotive:1) scrap the Pepsi can, 2) give it a tetnus shot. Option #1 was probably the best option.
