There's a DETAIL to be noted here if you look carefully. In a really nice historical gesture, Maryland Rail Commuter ( a State Agency) applied a small PRR Keystone and the original car name ( in black) to many of their coaches that Budd originally built as 21-roomette slepeers for the PRR. PRR did the coach conversion at a time when the sleepers were no longer needed and "newer" coaches were. Most of this series of cars went through a myriad of owner/operators (PRR, PC, Amtrak, SEMTA ((Michigan)) NJ TRansit, MARC) and have now migrated to a number of tourist operations. Budd built them solidly.
