If that is the Toledo Sunoco Refinery, then I worked there as a safety officer during a partial refit four or five years ago. It was just my luck to get assigned to the night shift in the winter, thus I got to endure several long nights of heavy "lake effect" snow ! The security staff at that facility do not take kindly to photographers so shoot and move on quickly.
