Back in the day I spent many a day in relatively small Owosso on company business (I still remember the Pines Motel!). After being out of the mainstream of “railroad awareness” for many of years, I now understand that Owosso seems to be a mini hot bed of railroad interests and memorabilia; aka: Steam Railroading Institute.
