Isn't this railroad also owned by Railroad Development Corp. of H.Posner, who is an ex-Conrail staff ? That would explain the Conrail-style logo... ( See also the logo of FCCA of Peru )

Yes - the logo is for the Nacala Corridor brand that RDC used to promote the cross border freight services into Mozambique. However the company is currently back in African hands as CEAR, and now Brazilian money is on the horizon with VALE Mining getting involved linked to their work at Moatize in Mozambique.
