No, this train is 2-4-6. A few years back NS changed the Jacksonville, FL-East Point, GA section to 246, while the East Point-Oakwood, MI train is still 264. Forest Park is about 3 miles south of Industry Yard in East Point where it changes from 246 to 264. The southbound Sandusky, OH-Jacksonville, FL maintains it's 251 symbol for the entire run... go figure.
