Odd. Never seen a GP-35 derated by 200 HP and reclassed a GP39-2. Obviously still sporting a turbocharger, were these units actually rebuilt with a Dash 2 cabinet? I like it! Our railroad has one remaining GP35, and this would be a highly recommended option for an otherwise as built and troublesome, worn out and slippery GP35.
