Posted by Rich Brown on July 25, 2012  It seems to me that it would be MORE EFFICIENT to ADD those last 4 coaches in WDC rather than haul them down to Richmond & back. I MAY be WRONG, but it's hard to imagine that there are enough passengers heading north from Richmond in the morning to NEED 7 coaches.
