Actually, those aren't bilevels, and thats not a Northeast Regional. Judging by the consist, it seems to be a Silver Service train most likely the Silver Meteor. Those "bilevels" are Viewliner sleeping cars.

Great shot. Note that this isn't Northeast Regional service train. With sleepers trailing, I would guess that this is either the Crescent, the Silver Meteor, or the Silver Star.
