What does it take to set them up for revenue service? I'm assuming that run. but that means that can't operate on a track? just curious. not a knowledgeable railroad person but I'm very interested. My favorite is number 3 in line... The Virginian!

As per NWV Fan, what needs to be done with them to be put into revenue service considering they have just come from a "shop".
