Interesting enough, this SD45 was not one of ones transferred from SCL to Clinchfield for U36Cs. Also, the transferred occurred only 20 days later.

Was 2000 the first SCL SD45? Something that surprised me was them coming up from Augusta with 5 SD45s and taking 3 off before continuing up the Clinchfield with the same train.
