Congrats on 3000, James! Quite a feat, and so enjoyable. I have so enjoyed your photographic eye and sharpness of detail in your shots. Thanks so much and keep 'em coming!

Wow, that’s a lot of photos, James! I’m sure you know this, but the Helper/Martin area certainly is one of those places dear to my heart too. Fond memories . . .

James... Indeed, you saved a real gem for your 3,000th submission to the database! This is classic Utah Railway and Alco all wrapped up in one handsome package. I would have liked to been there to see the black smoke and hear those six RSDs chug and bark to get that coal train started out of Martin yard; I'm sure it was quite a show. I always enjoy viewing your photos (old and new!) and I hope you still have a good quantity of classics (like this!) that are waiting to be scanned and shared with us. Congrats on your 3,000th photo being accepted into the database and thank you for all your memorable views! Five Stars and a PCA nomination from me.

There is so much to look at in this image, especially for an old Alco lover like me. I keep going back and looking at it over and over. Beautiful.
