Truly a "Heritage" paint scheme in its own right.

I would guess that the Fillmore & Western does not want engine crews climbing on top their new paint job ! My reasoning behind that statement is to be seen above the "speed" lettering on the long hood. I call attention to the very large hinged exhaust stack cover, which may be counter balanced like those seen on large trucks. If so then it would be self closing when the engine is shut down.
