GE usually buried this dog way back in their facility behind building 60. Good catch, since GE is very sensitive about failures, like this one. She made a trip to Buffalo on Conrail ELBU, and died en route despite the efforts of the GE tech gurus. Two other test units were along, D840C 001 (W.Web Morse) and D839BW 606, both of which performed well.
