This photo looks more like a Thomas Kinkade painting than it does a photograph. Kinkade is called the painter of light and most of his city scenes show an area that has just received some rain and the lights reflect off the ground puddles. There is another photo on RP that has a similar night scene. Artemus you did a great job on this.
