Posted by J. C. Smith, Jr. on March 19, 2012  I guess that stencil over the right truck, "NOT QUALIFIED FOR SERVICE DO NOT LOAD," explains its status, if not the solution. Thanks for the look, Bill, modelers might want to add that warning to one of their model tanks.
