Very nice! I'm curious though what the structure behind the unit is? A platform for the station? Its gone today.

Low butterfly sheds ran alongside both the CofG and the WofA mains. This structure connected the two low sheds, but was high enough to allow trains to pass underneath. The low sheds came down in the early 1970s. This structure lasted several more years. Will try to submit some shots showing the sheds to RP.
