Donated to the Kansas State Museum of History in 1983. What an impressive engine she is! Usually engines remaining in that style are of the much smaller variety. She's indoors now - wonder how much (or little) it would take to have her back in operation?

Mr. Goldman you ask how much it would take to get her up and going again? Maybe a low ball of $300K. But since she is a standard guage and not a narrow guage, as a lot of folks believe she it. It would take a new track plan too. So maybe a $1M would be a starting point. But man, that would be something to see. I am glad that the Kansas Museum of History cosmetically restored her to the original livery she had when she was delivered in Octobrer 1880.
