Are you sure about the date? I've been a lifelong resident of Pa. I live on Chesnut Ridge at 2,100 ft and don't know of anywhere in Pa with creeks iced over like seen in this photo! We've had warm weather all over Pa for the past 10 days. I'm not complaining, but snow accumulations are way off the mark so far this year and temperatures are several degrees above normal. Nice photo, keep them coming!
