Posted by Matt Maloy on November 7, 2012  I think the only reason this engine is restored as a SOU engine is because the I.C.R.R. 0-8-0's were identical to the USRA 0-8-0's that SOU owned, They only differed in headlight location and tender design, otherwise they were identical.
