Posted by Bill Caywood on December 12, 2011  The first car in this train once ran on a D & R G W train called "The Prospector". However this same car was built for the C. & O. The C. & O. cars of the "Non Budd" variety only had the lower stainless steel fluting and only silver paint above their yellow painted window area. Truly a beautiful photograph as always James .
