Not much has changed here in the intervening 28+ years.... Tracks are a grown over, but that could be changing soon if the OMAG group gets serious about re-opening service on this line. New signs went up just a couple weeks ago at multiple grade crossings, warning that the line could be reactivated soon. Incidentally, this grade crossing is right in the middle of a scene in the original "Footloose", where Kevin Bacon's girlfriend plays 'chicken' with the oncoming semi while straddling the two trucks; the semi is coming off the hill to Belmont's left.
