It's good to see tat least one commuter club lounge car is still running on Metra trains. These were ex-CNW counter-diner-lounge cars were built for the Union Pacific "City streamliner" pool, and later converted to bar-lounges for lease to commuter groups after the Milwaukee Road took over as the UP's Chicago connection. The CNW had to add a vestibule to the cars, which as meal cars, did not have them when built.
