Great shot! Not to take anything away from it, but the locomotive is an SD 70 ACe, or "Ace". . . .. The most current model of the SD 70.

Going off of the last comment on this post. The engine in the photo is correctly identified. The unit is not a SD70ACe, but it rather a SD70M-2. The SD70M-2 is simply the DC traction motor version of a SD70ACe. Cosmetically they look the same. SD70M-2s were ordered as CITX 140-142, NS 2649-2778, FEC 100-107, and CN 8000-8024, 8800-8964. The photographer in this case was correct in the unit identification, it is a SD70M-2, and not a SD70ACe.
