Posted by Mitch Goldman on July 4, 2011  For future reference, it should be noted that this photo did not get a PC as it was up against a pretty French girl pulling levers at an interlocking tower, a dramatic night flash shot by Chase (POTW), the work of Scott Loathes, and the return of Travis Dewitz.
