Both coaches in this Adirondack are MTA commuter cars on loan from the State of New York. The first is ex-Santa Fe, a Pullman-built product, most likely converted from a sleeping car, while the second is an original C&O "Pere Marquette" coach, which went to the C&EI long before the MTA obtained it. The dome, of course, is a leased CP Skyline dome coffee-shop coach.
