It's Acela Ver 1.0, the date is probably 1972 or later when Turboliners were expanded to 5 cars.

Wonderful image, Donald (1974, I'm guessing). The last just "watching" railfanning I did was the Turbotrains through Connecticut. I'm really glad someone had the sense to photograph them.
