An ABSOLUTE CLASSIC "Time Capsule" of the 70s. Looks like a GREAT place to spend a day, bet there's a Luncheonette nearby with good "home cookin'" You can almost FEEL the heat, reflecting up from the platform. Reminds me of the fictional "Sparta, Mississippi" from the movie Heat of the Night. Hard, sometimes, to believe there can be such a place NOT all that FAR from the NEC. Definite PCA.

Interesting update: Reports from various sources indicate that the local Orange government and civic bodies are working toward getting Orange established as a stop for the Amtrak trains that pass though. That would be the Cardinal, Lynchburg "Corridor Train" and possibly the Crescent. Pretty good service for a relatively small town.
