This is a good picture Ryan. However, I don't understand why they need a special train needs this kind of treatment especially if its a simple propane tank. What does CCT stand for?

The bulkhead flat not only had a propane tank, but a few BBQ's welded to it. It was an odd special for sure, but nice to see. CCT stands for Central California Traction. Thanks for the comment.

The hazmat placard on the container is for an inert gas I believe. I think 1005 is the designation for carbon dioxide.

1055 is Isobutylene, used in the making of gasoline oxygenates, and other fuel additives along with certain types of rubber. I'm not too sure you'd want to use it to cook burgers with!
