There were precious few experiences quite like riding in a dome behind a PA, even if the front windows were a bit "smudged."

fantastic photo, and an almost complete D&H fleet of coaches. in my opinion the D7H PA's were the sharpest looking passenger locomotives of the north east. all around great photo with the farm and mountains, thanks for the post!

Unfortunately I never saw the D&H in person. They had a great roster of Alco power including the incrdible PA,s,ran through beautiful country, beautiful paint scheme,etc.
