That is a nice road slug, that looks to have been built from a former GE U-25B and retains it's fuel tank. From the walkway up, the body is very simple so it would be easy to model using an old Athearn four axle GE dummy with it's body cut off the same way. Does any one have roster shot showing one of these slugs from the side ? Thanks for being there Joe.

These units were rebuilt from retired GE's. You can search the internet for TEBU or Tractive Effort Booster Units to see more. They included fuel capacity that was transferrable to the two adjacent diesels.
