Great photo Joe! This branch used to run behind my home in Oceanside when I was a kid. We'd be outside playing, hear the train, and run to my backyard to see it. The Escondido Local is probably the biggest reason that I ended up railroading myself once I got out of the USAF in 1988. Thanks! Fred K.
