These look as though they are being used as power cars for some trailers. I would love to hear that big single horn!

The Reading RDCs were the last built, constructed in 11/12-1962 and so are brand new in Bob's image. They have two features that set them apart as Phase II cars, those being slightly enlarged cab windows (the standard being the same size as the end door glass,) and a lack of body-mounted sand fills, using underfloor sand boxes instead.
