I know that the Tennessee bought some of its RS-1s from the Rutland. Did the Tennessee fully repaint its engines into Rutland-like colors, or were they just re-stenciled and renumbered?

Wonderful shot, made just about the time I got my first 'real' camera. My only meeting with the Tenn RR Alcos would be a few months later as they sat dead at Pegram in Atlanta...
