So what did it run on, and where was it built?

The engine is a 0-4-0 fireless Porter and it served at the now demolished APCO plant in Cabin Creek WV. The passenger car is a former 800 series car used for backup to the original consists, and for extra passenger work. There is a photo of the engine in service by Tom Sink on RP.

I am not aware of any plans to move or display it. The COHS was interested previously, but nothing came of it.
