After the LIRR, this loco saw a life with the Sloan Cornell owned Gettysburg RR, and then his Johnsonburg, Kane, Warren&Irvine (JKWI) and also his Knox and Kane RR (both in northwestern PA). According to our Knox and Kane RR historical group's records, after Cornell ownership, it saw time on the Maryland Midland, and was seen in 4/2009 on the Gold Coast RR Museum in FL:
