LI 621 is the former Baltimore & Ohio F-7 4599 originally B&O 955-A. LI "gutted" the F's shell and installed a Detroit Diesel genset to provide HVAC and lighting electrical power for the coaches, not to mention a safe and solid Control Cab for the engineer.
