Are the rails over the Starucca Viaduct still active? I know the rails below it are gone.

Starrucca is active, after a fashion. It is indeed America's viaduct. It is headed for it's 165Th anniversary. Dare I ask: Why a duck?

I also think that the Delaware River Viaduct could also be called "America's Viaduct"
