That's one nice pic! I never realised that the Thalys operated new model TGVs to Amsterdam. I had seen one in Köln/Cologne/Keulen, but never in Amsterdam. Seems I have to get back to Amsterdam one of these days. Groeten, Peter ten Thije Click Here to view my photos at RailPictures.Net!

Peter, Thanks for your nice words regarding my photo of Thalys 4301 at Railpictures.net. Indeed these nice trains, in my opinion a much better design then the original French TGV's of the first generation, are often seen passing Dordrecht on the Paris-Amsterdam shuttle v.v. In fact for the trainspotters in Dordrecht they are now somewhate boring, but always much better than the frequent arriving DDAR's and Plan V's. By the way I presume you are a dutchman (because of your name, the use of "Groeten" and the photos of dutch rolling stock) or are you a frequent visitor of Holland ? Railway Greetings from Hans Slager Dordrecht Netherlands 6 oktober 2003
