I've seen more EBT photos in the last 50 years than I could ever recall. However, this one captures the look and feel of an early '50s day on the railroad perfectly. I looked hard for any detail that might spoil the effect, and except (maybe) for the mercury-vapor lamp at the corner of the shop, this is like stepping back in time. This shot is just haunting.

Nice job Robert. I can't decide whether I like the blurred switch stand - it's growing on me but I am picturing it cropped out as well. I think each way has it's own character. Regardless - one of the better shots from the event.
