Congratulations to Mr. Crossley on the well-deserved SC. This one's a "keeper!" The drivers and the side rods are well lit. A large steam and exhaust smoke plume from the oil-fired locomotive are present (great for photos, even if retired oil-fired steam locomotive firemen from the age of steam cringe when they see it). The blue sky, snowy peaks in the background and fall colors are very scenic. The fireman's side curve puts the finishing touch on this masterpiece. Great choice of location, great job! What else can be said about this.?You know the old quote " A picture is worth a thousand words." But right now and perhaps for years to come, I cannot think of one that can can compliment this absolute stunning piece of artwork. The landscape alone is worth a small kingdom.
