I believe that RPO is L&N 1100, which now resides at the Steamtown National Historic Site in Scranton, PA. It's one of the most beautiful RPO restorations I've ever seen. The car was acquired by the original Steamtown in 1977, so you likely saw it on its journey to its new home.
