It's the 1848 version of the Big Boy! Seriously, at that time it WAS the biggest locomotive and would have impressed any viewer. I am impressed now. Very nice Mitch.

Nice photo. I see some of the engines in the background that were damage by the roof cave in. Does anyone know on the restoration progress on those engines so far?

Memnon was in fact the first locomotive to be restored after the roof collapse. Damage was mostly confined to the left side of the cab and boiler. The damage report can be seen here.
