Sweet light there Dave and excellent capture. It is a shot that looks vintage but is new. As far as pedestrian restrictions, it is a throw back for older US citizens when they travel to other countries and they don't see such restrictions. Here, and as it used to be in the US, people are expected to use their best judgment. Now in the US people are expected to be stupid and the danger is not to the pedestrian but to the company.
