These are major part outs, when finished all that remains is the rolling frame, trucks and fuel tank plus some sort of air tank. These are then sent by rail to Altoona, Pa. Norfolk Southern shops to become the running gear for new Railpower Genset Locomotives. Remember Mr. Corman bought Railpower.
